Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Coaching and Workshops.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") apply to all contracts concluded between Coaching the World (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") via this website or through verbal agreements. They govern the conduct of individual coaching sessions and workshops, as well as the corresponding payment terms.
2. Customer's Duty to Cooperate
Workshops
All workshops are designed to encourage learning and promote the personal development of the Customer. The workshop leader supports the Customer during the process, but the actual work of making changes is done by the Customer. Therefore, it is important that the Customer is willing and open to engage with themselves and their situation. The Provider emphasizes that no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
The services are not therapeutic and are clearly distinct from therapeutic offerings. By participating in a workshop, the Customer confirms that there are no health concerns that would prevent their participation.
Individual Coaching
Coaching is based on the preliminary discussions between the parties. It is founded on collaboration and mutual trust. The coach supports the Customer as a companion during the process and in making decisions and changes, but the actual work of making changes is done by the Customer.
